At PrimeRig 4x4, our mission is to get you the gear you need for your next adventure as quickly and reliably as possible. We work with trusted national carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1β3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Carriers & Services
- We partner with a network of trusted carriers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, and other specialised freight providers to ensure the best service for your location and order size.
- Please note: For security and logistical reasons, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, especially for larger items. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.
- Standard Shipping (Australia): Typically 3β10 business days, depending on your location. Metro areas are generally faster than regional or remote areas.
- Express Shipping: Where available, express options generally take 1β5 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the final shipping cost before confirming your payment.
Heavy & Oversized Items
Due to the nature of our products, some items (like bull bars, roof racks, and suspension kits) are large and heavy.
- These items require specialised freight services and may have longer delivery timeframes.
- A residential delivery fee may apply from the courier for these items. Any such fees will be clearly stated at checkout.
- Someone may need to be present at the delivery address to assist the driver with unloading.
International Shipping
Currently, PrimeRig 4x4 Australia only ships to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our reach in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Issues With Your Delivery?
We pack our gear to be tough, but sometimes issues happen in transit.
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at [Insert Email]. Please include your order number and photos of the damage to the product and packaging so we can resolve it for you swiftly.
- Lost in Transit: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and the tracking information has not updated, please contact us. We will launch an investigation with the carrier to locate your package.
