At PrimeRig 4x4 Australia, we aim to deliver your 4x4 accessories quickly and safely. We partner with trusted Australian carriers to make sure your order arrives on time. This page explains our shipping process, costs, tracking, and policies.

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This makes it easy to follow your order every step of the way.


Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers like Australia Post, StarTrack, and other specialised freight providers.

Important: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for large items. Please provide a physical street address to ensure smooth delivery.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin from the dispatch date:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days (metro areas are faster).

  • Express Shipping: 1–5 business days where available.

Note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Costs depend on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Type of shipping service selected

You can see the final shipping cost before confirming payment.


Heavy & Oversized Items

Some items, like bull bars, roof racks, and suspension kits, are large and heavy.

  • They may require special freight.

  • Delivery may take longer than standard shipping.

  • A residential delivery fee may apply and will show at checkout.

  • Someone may need to help the driver unload at the delivery address.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but this may change in the future.


Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number. Follow the link to see your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.


Issues With Your Delivery

Even though we pack items carefully, problems can occur:

  • Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 3 days at info@primerig4x4.com.au. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  • Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive and tracking shows no updates, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
