Change of Mind Returns
While not obligated, we may accept change of mind returns at our discretion within 14 days of delivery. A Return Authorisation (RA) is required before returning any items.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
